Jamie used to skipper large crabbers working in the English Channel, however he realised he could catch more sustainably and down sized an 8m multi geared boat, Emily K. Jamie uses a mixture of sustainable gears such as handlines and pots to target a range of species. Jamie and his wife Lana set up Mylor Creek Shellfish to sell their catch direct and as fresh as possible.
