Time to try oysters

All oysters are delicious and sustainable, and in Cornwall we are spoilt for choice! Check out our new film here encouraging us to all eat more oysters, particularly the new arrivals - feral Pacific oysters which have really started taking over our estuaries and bays.

Many of our supporters supply fresh purified Pacific or 'rock' oysters why not give them a try!
