These recipe cards are a great first step to encourage you to diversify your seafood consumption and trying something new and sustainable. Some of the recipes are extremely quick and easy and some are a bit more complex for a special occasion. There is something for everyone to enjoy, from oyster Po’Boy to yakitori lobster. Who knew conscious eating could be so delicious!?
