The Shore Restaurant offers a small menu crafted using the best ingredients available on a daily basis. Owner and Chef Bruce Rennie has captained the kitchens for some of the top chefs in the country, including Michelin starred Restaurant Martin Wishart in Edinburgh, Michelin starred Shanks in Northen Ireland, Gary Rhodes and Rick Stein. Ethically sourced produce helps us create our dishes, from day boat fish to local growers and farmers.
Whilst experience nurtured his passion for quality produce, Bruce’s wife, Anita (a vet in a local practise) was key in shaping his sensitivity to ethical sourcing and animal welfare. With this in mind, we choose suppliers which we have built a relationship with and trust as true specialists in their field. By sourcing the best ingredients available to us we can provide the best experience to our guests.
