Dennis Knight Fish Merchant

Dennis Knights Fish Merchants were established over 40 years ago. Although Dennis himself retired two years ago, his fabulous fish shop in an old pilchard-curing cellar in Port Isaac, is now in the very safe hands of John Collins, who started working there 30 years ago when he was a young boy. John buys the majority of his fish from small day boats; with locally caught crab, lobster and scallops appearing on the counter alongside a variety of fresh fish. The fish can be prepared to your liking, and if you are travelling it can be packed in an insulated container with crushed ice. With all this experience you will be sure to get sound advice on what is in-season as well as how to cook it! Mail order via TNT courier is also available.
